no entries in Message log
Problem
-- in a fresh installation, the message processing works as expected, but there is no entry in Message Log
Resolution
* open Integrator/data/log/jqueue.log and search for the error
2021-05-31 18:03:23 [JLogger-0 ] ERROR L294 BackendLoggerClient.connect - Fail to connect to logger, host/port = null/nullforce logger client to re configure and reconnect
* if this error (null/null) is thrown, it means that jqueue is not able to able to connect to the logger task
* open the services files (/etc/hosts) and make sure that the IP, short and long names are present
* to confirm the hostname is correctly referenced, execute the command "nslookup<short hostname>" and make sure it returns the IP
