The main process opsmserver cannot connect to the database while the installation ended successfully

Problem

The installation ended successfully but the process opsmserver cannot start. The messages logged are :
E (3012) 1136.dbConnect_GetConnexion: Can't connect to database, retry=16 (60), started:0
E (3012) 1136.dbMImpl_DoRealConnect: Failed to connect to MySQL: Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'HOSTNAME'

Resolution

Since there was none error during the installation process and the database was created, it is likely a name resolution issue.

Add the hostname and its  IP address in the file hosts or set the IP address for the parameter TO_DATABASE_HOST in the file OPSchedule.ini
