Using InterPel launched by another user

Problem

If I run Interpel as a program, by a dedicated user on Windows startup via scheduler, how can I make the processes (of InterPel product) available to any other user? And what permissions should this other user have?

Resolution

Usually, to use the product, the user should be in the same user group as who started the product. Otherwise there could be issue in sharing global memory which is the base of IPC mechanism for InterPel Windows. Typically, the command like "peltrans" may end by error.
