Problem

-- After updating java to version 1.8 u 25 or higher, Copilot is no longer accessible.
-- Log in fails at 37% with message “SHA-1 with RSA signature not available”

Resolution

-- Java 1.8 support is ensured for all CFT versions from the list below:

• 3.1.3

• 3.1.2 SP1 P9 : 2014/10/31

• 3.0.1 SP9 : 2015/01/30

• 2.7.1 SP10 latest Patch (check the ReadMe file accordingly)

To restore access to copilot for CFT versions prior above versions:

-- Remove java update (means down grade to 1.7 or 1.6..)
-- Clear browser cache and Java cache.
