Resolution

* it occurs when the timeout is reached while the system (ie Integrator) was stopped

* in a normal situation, we are getting this error : "X12 Acknowledgement timeout"

* it is the expected behavior : B2Bi was not able to ack the message on time (before the timeout)

* however, the error message is ambigous -> it will be improved in B2Bi 2.2
