--CFTRECV defined with a USERID

The USERID of the CFTRECV is used to allocate the file while it was expected to be used in the EOT JCL only due to the RACFOPT choice?

Resolution

The RACFOPT 1 is not to be used along USERCTRL=YES
As soon as USERCTRL is set to YES, all file accesses are managed using the USERID of the CFTRECV
The valid combination for SUBMIT only is USERID set in the CFTRECV and USERCTRL=NO ( APF is requiered! )

All SP for all CFT versions from March 2015 will have the documentation and samples updated as the RACFOPT option is no longer used/needed.
