wrong log4j link in documentation

Problem

-- the link http://logging.apache.org/log4j/docs/index.html from B2Bi and Interchange related to log4j doesn't work.

Resolution

* fixed in incoming Interchange 5.12.0 admin guide
* B2Bi fix to be scheduled in 2.2.0 (non official yet)
* use correct link http://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/
