Problem

-- getting such failure message in Message Tracker -> Document Summary -> Failure Message still in consuming state after node shutdown

Resolution

* the message is a bit confusing : the message is no more in process it is in a rejected status

* when a node is stopped there is a cluster singleton that will check for any messages that were in the "Consuming" State at the time the node is shutdown, and it will then reject those messages

* starting 5.12.0 SP3, the message will be improved and changed to

Message set to “rejected” state because it was in “consuming” state at node shutdown
