The amount of used storage under the bar looks far more with CFT V3

About Fixed Frames: At AXWAY z/os 2.1:

FF 2G: depending on MEMLIMIT and SHARECAT option:

test with a CFT CATALOG set for 50.000 records.

Transfer CFT 2.7 :
==> if MEMLIMIT=20G => FF 2G=1924
==> if MEMLIMIT=0G => FF 2G=768

Transfer CFT 3.1:
==> if MEMLIMIT=20G and sharecat=YES ==> FF 2G=1775
==> if MEMLIMIT=0G and sharecat=YES ==> FF 2G=902
==> if MEMLIMIT=0G and sharecat=INACT ==> FF 2G=203
==> if MEMLIMIT=20G and sharecat=INACT ==> FF 2G=1108

The test conducted show that we have different values from z/os 1.13 vs z/os 2.1 due to the system changes.

The main difference in between CFT versions is related to the change in the catalog record size and the use of the sharecat option.

Nothing has been change in regards of memory allocation between CFT V2 and CFT V3
