Resolution

Ensure the CFT ziip support is turned off when on a z13 hardware.

The implementation of this feature does not offer benefits when on a z13 or higher system hardware.

ziipsup (in lower case) need to be set to 0 (zero) in cnfenv

Attention, until the SP8, if ziipsup is not indicated in cnfenv, it default to ziip support activated !!!
