Problem

SerialNumberLength capped at 16 digits When you try to allocate a SN with length more than 16 the pop up appears "Unable to Allocate Range: The serial number length should be lower than : 16"

Resolution

This is a known limitation, in case you need the serial number length to be greater then 16, you need to select the option "Randomization".
Randomization will change the serial number lenth (i.e., add 1 extra digit if the total is 0-4, 2 if 5-8, 3 if 9-10, 4 if 11-15)
