Problem

Copilot applet doesn't (or no longer) initialize when launched from Google Chrome

Resolution

Ensure the NAPI is enabled and recycle Chrome browser

To do this, in the URL field, enter the command:

chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

Click on Enable NPAPI,

Note:

Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows

Enables the use of NPAPI plugins. This flag will be removed in Chrome 45, along with NPAPI support. See details Here
