CFT's catalog warning procedure runs once only.

Resolution

This is the way it works.

Once we reach the TLVWARN, CFTCAT/TLVWEXEC is executed.

The message is then displayed at TLVWRATE interval but does not trigger anymore the TLVWEXEC.

When the TLVCLEAR is reached (after automated action from TLVWEXE or manual action from the user), then, TLVCEXEC is executed and re-enable the TLVWEXEX for the next time we will reach the TLVWARN.
