Can a single CFT catalog be shared between 2 CFT running on one LPAR each?

Resolution

There is no plan to make use of VSAM Record Level Sharing for the CFT catalog.

Sharing the CFT catalog in between several lpar works already for active/passive configurations.

If the concern is about active/active configuration, the CFT catalog CANNOT be shared; A CFT Multi-nodes option must be considered instead.
