Problem

After apply the SP on Interchange, if Service Pack release note mentioned to re-configure the Router Agent, it can be done by following steps.

Resolution

1. Stop previous XSR RA on Router agent machine.

2. suppress/remove the XSR RA service on Router agent machine.

3. rename/delete XSR RA folder on Router agent machine.

5. Re-export from UI existing DMZ nodes

6. Re-configure them on the corresponding router agent machine. Please ensure the JRE version as specified in release note.

7. Re-create an XSR service on Router agent machine.

8. start XSR service
