Resolution

* Starting with B2Bi 2.2.0 there is no Integrator license needed, only Interchange license (B2Bi type), so no constraint on the host name for Integrator (short name or domain name can be used.

* The limitation remains with Integrator standalone, domain name can't be used for license / install.
