Problem

Transferring a file via PEL protocol fails with :

connection refused by MINT. reason="Invalid or unknown site name".
MINT_WIN(27263026) connection in requester mode refused: reason="166, Connection failure" / prot.diag="336, Invalid or unknown site name".

Resolution

Make sure that the name of the protocol identifier (PI) specified in the remote site corresponds with the original local site name on the remote partner , added/mentioned during the Transfer Interpel installation.
