-- occurs for all the maps

Resolution

* broadcast agent process does not behave properly

1- run Integrator profile

2- restart the broadcast agent (it prevent the user to restart the all Integrator server)

cd $CORE_ROOT/4edi/pgm
r4edi st_bca_task.x4 stop
r4edi st_bca_task.x4 start

3- try to deploy the flow
