Problem

As part of our architectural project, we need to know some information for a multi-node CFT Active / Active.

- Figures needed in regards of disk and network I/O

- The number of disk accesses on the shared drives when starting the CFT

- The number of disk accesses on the shared drive for a simple transfer (sender and receiver)

- The number of disk accesses during a configuration change through CG.

Resolution

The I/O are dependent of the activity and the parameters retained or negotiated.

No bench mark exists to highlight I/O average in regards of a particular configuration and/or transfer load.
