many memory corruption messages @ cftstart - CFT 3.0.1
Problem

--Transfer CFT version 3.0.1
Resolution
Several memory corruption issues have been fixed in the SP8.
Upgrade to the latest SP for that version
Check the CFT.OUT to try to identify the root cause and verify in the SP ReadMe file it has been fixed already.
FYI, at time of writing this article, since the SP8 for version 3.0.1, no new case has been reported for a memory corruption problem
