Command stuck in the communication file

Transfer CFT activity is impacted/stopped

No more outgoing transfers, end of procedures are no more executed.

This happen about once a week.

Shut command are not executed, CFT is stopped by killing the processes.

Turning on the "rescan" feature does not hep.

Resolution

In the reported issue, the CFTTCOM process is blocked on a msgrcv() system call.

This is due to a race condition.

The issue is now fixed from 3.1.3 SP11 Patch 1.
