Problem

TRKPRODUCTIPADDR notified by CFT is NULL

whereas it is a key information.

Resolution

1) stop CFT

2) Set the value like below :

For versions 2.3 and 2.4

· add TRKPROCDUCTIPADDR= <IP_ADRESS> in trkapi.cfg for Unix and Windows
· add TRKPROCDUCTIPADDR= <IP_ADRESS> in TRKCNF and compile it for AS400

For versions 2.6 and above

run the command :

CFTUTIL

uconfset id=sentinel.trkproductipaddr, value=<IP_ADRESS>

· 3) Restart CFT
