Steps when registering a CFT in CG are below:

• copilot start and send a registration request to CG (CSR request) (connection initiated by copilot)
• CG respond to the CSR request (on the connection initiated by copilot)
• CFT considered that it is registered in CG
• CG wait the first heartbeat from CFT (connection initiated by copilot)
• CG execute a get configuration request to copilot (connection initiated by CG, not the same connection as before)
• CG execute a set configuration request to copilot (connection initiated by CG, to deploy defaults values or default values + merge with policy applied)
• CG considered CFT as registered
