Problem

When trying to upgrade CFT 3.6 to 3.10 (any update version > 2203) from CG the CFT product does not appear in the matching products list available for the upgrade in CG.

Resolution

When upgrading CFT 3.6 from CG to 3.10 you first need to apply the 3.10 installation kit ( 3.10.2203) and only after this step you can upgrade to the Update version you need (ex: 2303).

You also need at least CG 113 SP22 in order to use CFT 3.10 with CG.
