Changing password of logged-in user blanks roles

Problem

* A bug in 7.4.0 causes the logged-in user's roles to be blanked if they change their password from the Traffic Monitor page.

Resolution

-- This can be fixed either by having another admin user restore the missing roles, or editing /apigateway/conf/adminUsers.json to restore the missing roles to that user account.
