Problem

Passport 4.6.0 is not starting after installing the SP9

In the stdouterr, there should be a line mentionning "null/bin/java"

Resolution

The installer has to be updated first to 4.9.0.

Install last SP on current installer version, install Upgrade Pack for 4.9.0 and last Sp for installer 4.9.0.

Uninstall Passport 4.6.0 SP9 and reinstall it.

You can check in Passport/bin, the environment file the value of the passport java home. If installed correctly it should be:

"Installation directory"/Java/"platform"/jre8_u40_64 (or jre8_u40_32)
