Problem

-- When trying to upgrade access to newer API in API Manager 7.4.1, nothing happens.

Resolution

- The behaviour is inverted in this version of API Manager.

- To upgrade access to a newer API, you have to select your new API, then click 'upgrade access to newer API' and in the 'Upgrade to' field select your old API.

- This is solve from version 7.5.1.
