not able to connect to B2bi Client and to B2Bi user interface... "invalid user name or password! Please try again"
Problem
-- unable to login to Copilot / B2Bi client
invalid user name or password! Please try again
-- unable to login to connect to B2Bi user interface (no error)
-- the user / password are correct, they have not been changed
Resolution
* the error message is confusing
* the cause of the problem is probably that the license has expired. Product is started but it does not allow you connect
* to confirm, check the cn log and look for such message "License has expired"
* update your B2Bi license and try again
