Problem

This error occurred at the Axway B2Bi Core Service attributes level during the installation.
"Service" parameters and "User authentication" are correct but the error is displayed.

Resolution

- Check that the password is correct or has no Scandinavian characters, for example "XöxxÄ"
- Check that the windows user has the "Log on as a Service" privilege.
