Problem

* Error seen in system.err was :

ERROR :20170405:15.32.00:r4edi(b2bi_startup):b2bi_startup.s4:655:FILE COPY: failed to copy "C:\Axway\Integrator\solutions\install\integrator\root\tool\bitmaps\16x16\Thumbs.db" to "C:\Axway\Integrator\tool\bitmaps\16x16\Thumbs.db": Access is denied.

* File Thumbs.db is hidden and can't be find with "hide" option enabled.


Resolution

1) Stop Integrator

2) Delete the file Thumbs.db :

C:\Axway\Integrator\solutions\install\integrator\root\tool\bitmaps\16x16>del /S /AR /AS /AH /AA Thumbs.db

3) Start Integrator
