Copilot fall in a loop after a restart of TCPIP

Although a restart of TCPIP is no common, Copilot need to be canceled due to this problem

Could this be enhanced for a recovery or a 'clean' stop with accurate messages in such a condition

Resolution

It has been reproduced internally and the issue is fixed from: 3.2.2 SP1 P4 and above
