Problem

- If you are trying to test the connection from Integration Services tool to B2Bi server and you got the following error:

"Failed login: error authenticating userId and/or password"

- From trace.log under \B2BiClient\data\trace

ERROR :20171019:11.32.01:r4edi(tool_b2biintegrations):b2bi_deploy.s4m:426:UNSERIALIZE: string and destination variable does not match
ERROR :20171019:11.32.01:r4edi(tool_b2biintegrations):b2bi_deploy.s4m:545:invalid reply '0000000100000000{"a76b97a582",{{{"custom",8,3},{"cip",8,3}}},6080,0}'

Resolution

Make sure you have followed the prerequisite by using B2Bi client 2.3.0 SP1 to connect to B2Bi server 2.3.0 SP1.

On the readme of B2Bi client 2.3.0 SP1, it is already mentioned:

The B2Bi 2.3.0 Readme also applies to Mapping Services SP1 for Windows-x86-64. This SP is intended to work with B2Bi 2.3.0 SP 1.
