Accessing Sentinel Monitoring window from CG fails with HTTP 500 error
Problem
After integrating Sentinel with CG , accessing Sentinel Monitoring window from CG fails with the errors:
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /Axway/Sentinel/default/SentinelMonitoring/. Reason:
I/O error. Please contact administrator
Resolution
Problem could be related to missing of PassPort CA in 'truststoreSSO.jks' file located in <Sentinel_installation_path>/conf/security/ directory.
Refer to chapter "Configure the truststore after installation" in CG 113 installation guide for the import steps.
