HTTP error 500 accessing some CG interface menus

Problem

Issue occured after the upgrade of CG to version 1.1.3 SP1


Flows -> Monitoring :
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /Axway/Sentinel/default/SentinelMonitoring/SentinelMonitoring/. Reason:
I/O error. Please contact your administrator.




Administration -> Audit :
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /Axway/Sentinel/default/WebDashboard/document/report/R_Audit. Reason:
I/O error. Please contact your administrator.




Administration -> Dashboards :
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /Axway/Sentinel/default/WebDashboard. Reason:
I/O error. Please contact your administrator.



Resolution


Currently, CG and Sentinel can only communicate in HTTPS. So no HTTP is possible
