Problem

-- when retrieving projects from File -> Import -> SVN -> Mapping Project from SVN, no result is received because it reaches the default timeout (200 sec)

-- it happens when the connection to the SVN server is slow / when there are many projects to retrieve / when several users are importing / sending projects to the server simultaneously

Resolution

* in the Mapping Services utility 3.3.0-9 and higher versions, it is possible to set timeouts in the hooks

* open the file hook.config

* the values present in the [timeouts] section are the default values

* uncomment the related timeout : to retrieve the lost of projects, increase the value for getProjectAndFolderList
