Workaround:

Uncomment "INCLUDE OBJC(API2WRA)" from &DISTLIB..CNTL(LINKAPID) to get objects successfully linked.

Note:

The link-edit of those COBOL samples is delivered in comments in regards of compatibility issues with the SMPE installation where no object are delivered.

Problem is resolved with the SP3 (this last also adds the support for the dynamic cobol)
