Analytics reports are created but are not emailed.
Problem
The Analytics server has been configured to create and mail reports.
But while the reports are being created on schedule, they are not being emailed.
Resolution
Open the Analytics fed in Policy Studio.
Then right-click the Environment Configuration > Listeners > Axway Analytics node in the Policy Studio tree, and select Database Archive.
On the SMTP tab, ensure that the 'email generated reports' box has been checked.
