All outgoing UDP messages are blocked
Problem
When you create an instance on this Production Server this instance stays blocked in scheduled status and no actions can be done on it, except deletion.
If you go in the management console to do the network tests with this PS the name resolution and transaction verification are OK but the UDP verification is KO.
In the same time all the used ports are well mounted and if you have a firewall this firewall is well configured.
Resolution
More and more frequently tools from End Point Security family are deployed to secure the production environments, this tools can block outgoing UDP messages. This can be the reason of your issues.
Usually these tools are include in antivirus products like Kaspersky, Symantec or Landesk.
You can in a first time stop these tools to check if they are really the source of your problem.
You can also define in these tools some rules to protect the Automator UDP messages.
