Problem

After logging into API Gateway Manager (8090), you are redirected to the login page. An examination of DATA level Node Manager traces shows the presence of a header called X-OneAgent-JS-Injection: true and the client shows no VIDUSR cookie being created, only an invalid cookie similar to javax.servlet.http.Cookie@3133b850

Resolution

This happens when a DynaTrace agent is enabled and attempts to prevent JavaScript injection. It interferes with the operation of the API servlet that provides the 8090 services and causes our VIDUSR cookie to be destroyed, so no resources get loaded after a successful login. The fix is to disable DynaTrace or this feature. Please contact DynaTrace support for assistance with that task.
