Problem

-- you are not using Passport AM

Resolution

* open the license.xml file located in Interchange/conf and search for the name integrationPassPortAM

<name>integrationPassPortAM</name><value>true</value>

* you are probably trying to deploy a flow on a B2Bi Server with the Authentification "B2Bi Authentification" while the integrationPassPortAM option is set to true in license.xml

* if that is the case, request a new key without the PassPort AM option activated
