When creating a Send To Partner step for a Route in Advanced Router there are several Retry Settings available for configuration:

These parameters are independent for each Send To Partner step, and will not honor the global retry settings, controlled in the Server Configuration page. In other words, the server-wide parameters EventQueue.retryDelayInterval and EventQueue.maxRetryCount will have no effect on the retries of the Advanced Routing steps.

This feature allows better flexibility and enables a finer control of the retries for each specific destination partner used in the Send To Partner steps. However, a drawback is that - if the need arises - the SecureTransport administrator will have to update the retry settings of the Send To Partner steps individually.
