Resolution

* just before the restart you can see that the deployment server is importing the configuration

* the user has made a change in Integrator configuration; for instance, an application pickup defined on Integrator side (application transport) has been modified, and it affects Integrator dataset

* there are two Integrator datasets (one for each node), and both datasets must be identical. This means that the other node (the non primary node) must restart in order to synchronize the two Integrator datasets.

* this is the normal behavior.
