Problem

Once a user is verified in the API Manager the same user is not allowed to log in in API Portal.

This error is thrown: "Error

Unable to handle login request, please contact the administrator."

Resolution

The API Manager setup in API Portal was not accurate.

Instead of having "host" - "server.com.int" it was "server.com.int:8075" which has been preventing the valid requests toward the API Manager.

Correcting "host" in API Manager setup for API Portal has solved this issue.
