Problem

Flows using open mode are no longer working after upgrade to 3.6

CFTT01E IDTU=00000000 PART=MyPART IDF=MyIDF IDT= _ Open mode not allowed

Resolution

On HPNS, until version 3.3.2, the prefix for CFT variables was ^(carret) it is now changer to &(ampersand) like on all CFT platforms.

Update the CFTRECV so FNAME is set with &NFNAME instead of ^NFNAME

The same rule apply to all CFT variables
