Problem

After upgrading CFT to v3.10, some options such as 'Serialization' and 'Archive' for flow creation or 'Filter type' and the 'Active' option for folder monitoring, are not visible on CG UI which is not on last SP23,

Below, some examples of 3.6 (with options visible ) and at the bottom an example of 3.10 (without options visible )

Resolution

Apply the latest SP 23 on CG, then the options are available on the CG UI whether for the creation flow or for the folder monitoring.
