Problem

--If you are using the FQDN and when you try to run the command r4edi b2bi_clean.x4 you received this error:

ERROR :20241023:11.09.48:r4edi(b2bi_clean):SL_FILE.DeleteDirectoryTree: failed to fetch status for file "/opt/axway/shared/data/tmp/YOUR_LONG_HOSTNAME": No such file or directory

Resolution

-- This issue is cause by the b2bi_clean.x4 tool that could not work properly when your machine using the FQDN.

-- As a workaround you can change the value of the variable $CORE_HOST from the long hostname to the short hostname in the console that you want to execute the b2bi_clean.x4 tool.
