CFT does not start in service mode but run when it is started from the console regardless
the localsystem account or an administrateur account is used.

Is the layer  metaframe Citrix is installed; the setup of CFT and service pack must be installed in a user mode :

Before running the setup of CFT or service pack
Change user /install
After running the setup  or service pack
Change user /execute
