Message windows indicating Service CFT is too slow to (re) start

If there is message in cftsyss.trc: "Thread en cours, NIV3 ne peut se terminer proprement", that means some script launched by CFT were still working when cft shutdown, for example, there is command "pause" used inside of the script.

In this case, CFT couldn't been restarted.
