Calling XIB's RFC by command with Chinese parameters, the RFC did not respond

Problem

1. when call  XIB's RFC by command with Chinese parameters, the RFC stop responding.
2. when call the content contains the Chinese message(Unicode) by our RFC,  XIB stop responding.


Resolution

This problem has been resolved in patch ISAP_200-01-12.
