During installation of TransferCFT for z/OS Version 2.4.1 I get the following error message in job CFTV241.INSTALL(B25LKWS) :
IEC141I 013-18,IGG0191B,CFT241IN,LINK,SYSLIN-0003,3100,SRESA2,IXM.SIXMEXP(IXM4C52X)

The job end with RC=12.
Module IXM4C52X does not longer exist in XML Toolkit for z/OS 1.9, only until z/OS 1.8.
What does this error mean?

This error is related to web services. The web services option should be done only if your system has the prerequisite for web services; it is an option since z/OS 1.9.
If you have the prerequisite for web services on your system then you can choose this option. So we suggest you to skip this optional step as your system do not have IBM web services toolkit installed.
It is an optional step for CFT installation and needed only if you intend to use the Web Services
